The client wanted to update their kitchen with a new layout, enhance the functionality of the space, and create a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor areas with a new extension.

We began by removing the old kitchen and installing a sleek Howdens kitchen to match the client’s modern style. Structural work included removing the chimney and adding steel beams to accommodate the fridge freezer and form the extension, complete with French doors leading to the garden. We lowered the garden, installed a new patio with drainage, refurbished the toilet, upgraded the electrics, and finished with LVT oak herringbone flooring, adding warmth and elegance throughout.

The completed project boasts a modern kitchen with a functional, open layout, enhanced by the new extension and stylish finishes. The integration of the outdoor patio area adds versatility, making it perfect for both everyday use and entertaining.
